JavaScript Syntax


Summary

Asynchronously requests a vehicle asset to be loaded.

Syntax

mp.game.vehicle.requestVehicleAssetAsync(nameHash, flags, timeout = 5000);

Required Parameters

  • nameHash: number - The hash of the vehicle model.
  • flags: number - Flags for asset loading behavior.
  • timeout: number - Optional. Timeout in milliseconds (default: 5000).

Return Value

  • 'Promise<bool>' - Resolves to `true` if the asset is loaded, or `false` if it times out.

Example

const vehicleHash = mp.game.joaat("adder");

mp.game.vehicle.requestVehicleAssetAsync(vehicleHash, 0).then(success => {
    if (success) {
        mp.gui.chat.push("Vehicle asset loaded!");
    } else {
        mp.gui.chat.push("Failed to load vehicle asset.");
    }
