OnPlayerWeaponSwitch
This event is triggered when a player changes weapon.

[ServerEvent(Event.PlayerWeaponSwitch)]
Parameters
- player: parameter input should be in Client type
- oldWeapon: parameter input should be in WeaponHash type
- newWeapon: parameter input should be in WeaponHash type
